I dropped my car off on 9-25-18 after hours. On 9-26-18 I received a phone call from your sericve advisor Brayn Magnuson around noon that day letting me know that I needed a catalytic converter and they were going to look at the suspension on the car liked I asked. He also got my info on my extended warranty info. Brayn told me he call me back with all the info when he got it. I didn’t hear back from Brayn the rest of the day. On 9-27–18 I called around 11:30 to check on the progress of my car. I asked for Brayn and was told he was out and would be back later that day and they took my info and said they would have him call me. I called back around 2:30 that and spoke with Chris Moore. Chris told me Brayn was gone for the day and at that time I told him about my car. Chris told me he would look into it and call me back. At this point I was so mad that was going on 2 days with out a car and no explanation why. I drove up to your dealership to retrieve my car and take my business elsewhere we’re. When I told your service advisors I needed my Chris was sitting there going over the techs notes. So I talked with Chris and he told me what was wrong with my car. I was pissed at this time and told him I just wanted my car back. He said ok and was going to close out my ticket. Chris told me I owed around $268.00 for the daynostic on my car. This really made mad since you had my car for 2 full days and nobody called me on it. Chris told me he would like to make it right a repair my car since it was there. I agreed with Chris on this, Chris took all my paper work and called the warranty company well I waited since I get a rentel for a covered repair if it’s not done that day. Again Chris took the time to take car of all of this and to go over with me what I needed done on my car. I’m a little familiar with how service advisor work. Chris wasn’t the advisor handling my car Brayn was. Chris saw I was upset and went out of his way to make sure it got taken care of. I understand people take days off my info should have been passed on to someone else so I was kept in the loop. It’s not right that I didn’t have a car at the end of the day and no one called to tell me it wasn’t going to be done that day. And if I wouldn’t have called the next nobody would have called the next to let me know what was going on. Again Chris Moore did a great job of helping me out and letting me know what was going on. At the end of the day you got my business because of Chris. I’m spending around 1,800 out of my pocket and the warranty company is paying around 1,500 for there share. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Arrived at 6:45 for a 7am appointment. Checked in and left dealership. At 2pm I called and asked the status of my truck and was told nothing had been done, no recall service and no quick lane service. I had made thin appointment over 2 weeks ago, took a vacation day to get my truck serviced. Did get an quick kane service by 4 PM and only 1 of 3 recalls addressed, no parts for others.....why wasn't I told at the time I was making the appointment that no parts were on hand. Now I have to take off another day. Very unhappy.

I could never get straight answers about what was going on. I was told they’d be calling me to update me about my car and I always had to call and then it was several different answers. Now I’m sitting with a car that still does not drive and no answers. I will be picking my car up to go somewhere else.

I made an appointment for "The Works" @ 9am....got to shop at 9:05 vehicle wasn't brought in the shop for at least another 20 minutes and then took another 45 minutes to complete oil change and finally 15 minutes more to complete balancing of 4 tires....thought the trip would only take at most 45 minutes and not over an hour and half...not sure what the point of making an appointment was as seeing as 4 others came in (without appointment) after I got to shop and we done quite some time before I was... disappointed in timeframe it took to complete work

I choose to have my truck serviced at your location because I thought that the quality of service would be higher. I left, after spend over $600, feeling as if I was cheated and not knowing if the services I paid for were performed as I had requested them to be done with the sales representative (Mark). I would have choose to have my differentials serviced elsewhere had I not been reassured by Mark that the covers were to be pulled and the case wiped out as out of the service. I only came to discover that the service was not done in this manner after pushing for an explanation as to why I was being up charged for additional fluid. As that put Mark through the paperwork onto his desk and yelling asked if I just wanted it for free. I use this truck on a daily bases for work and it is my intention to get 200k mileage out of this vehicle. I simply wanted a quality job done in the process of having several fluids changed and the peace of mind that these services were done correctly and in the manor discussed prior to agreeing for the work to be done. I feel that Mark and others in your service staff are lacking in integrity. I feel that Mark will tell the customer anything to make a sale and is okay with tasting on extra to the bill without first discussing it with the custom for approval. The reason I feel that their are others with integrity issues in your service department is because in the process of trying to get to the truth of have things were done and what condition my truck was in I requested to speak to the mechanic who worked on my truck and I was told that he was not there only to mind out after again pushing for answers that he was there. In short I walked away not knowing if the services I had done were done correctly. I do know that I paid for my differentials to be serviced even though they were not serviced in the manor in which I specifically requested for them to be serviced. I am disappointed in the lack of integrity shown in your service department and the fact that I now how to question what else may not have been done in the way I requested for it to be done. This is not what I would expect from a Ford service department. This is the shady type of business practices I witnessed first hand while managing a quicklube chain and is why I stopped working for them.

Recently had new tires replaced on our 2015 explorer. Upon pick up, during the drive home, noticed the engine light was on? Shouldn’t this have been flagged to the customer so the repair could have been made on the same service day? We are having to drop the car off again for this unscheduled event , I feel this should have been mentioned during the previous service apt. inspection. The engine light was not on prior to the tire service. Coincidence that it came on after the service was complete and was not noticed? May be.

Took way to long, told would be done in 1 day came up with other service items to be completed which I expected to extend it a day or two. Car almost 2 weeks in total very minimal communication about how things were going only upside was had a free loaner so I was not out of transportation. When you take your car in for service one of the worst things could happen if you’re told it’s fixed and when you show up it’s not fixed or your car won’t run our car did not start when we showed up to pick it up
