I have been to multiple dealerships for my 2015 Explorer. Let me be the first to say that Crossley Ford has my returning service. Not only mine but will recommend others to them. Fro mr he start John was up front and honest. Said it would take a day or two. Then Brian called me and said he’d find a part in tone if he could. Not only did he but the car was done that day. I picked it up the following day Bc I wasn’t close enough before they closed. I come to pick it up to pay and there was an issue (in my favor) on the invoice. I waited until it was fixed to pay the correct amount due for expectioanl and fast service. Everyone was nice, professional and incredible. Again, I will be back.
