This is my first Ford vehicle that I buy and i have to say that I’m not to happy about it cause this is the third time that I have taken my truck to the shop and is disappointing that a car that i don’t even have a year with it so imagine how many times down the road it would be

Problem is random with my Pass Mirror moving on its own. Cannot reproduce at will. Told this to the person when I made appointment. Later after truck was there 5 hours, told nothing they can do until it happens all the time. Would have preferred that up front so I would not have wasted the dealerships time or mine.

Would be nice to have a screen in the waiting room with a list of customers, their car, and estimated time of completion. Was nj e to get an email, but, so.e folks dont have smart phones and some dont have access to their email. I saw 2 of these cases while I was waiting.

Bert was great, but they should tell you where to find your vehicle. I am used to going to places for oil changes where they bring your vehicle to you, up front.
