when they didn’t have all the tires I needed, and let me
go check on my mom and come back. It was a big help

Kristina Muiller is not very friendly on returning phone calls I have proof that I had called five times and four hours leaving voice messages and following up with voice messages the second day and not even a courtesy call back from her and she was at work I did come down to get my truck as I signed for it I put I was unsatisfied and forced to pay the bill my truck was not fixed I asked to see her never got a chance to but a TJ did speak with me in his office I will probably not come back to your establishment when I can't even receive a courtesy call after having my truck for 2 and 1/2 days and me having to drive nearly 65 miles one way to pick it up because of no return phone call I am not happy with your service with dealing with this lady whatsoever if she is that busy and she is a manager apparently there is a problem with your establishment or services to where she has to be that busy to where she cannot return a courtesy call once again a TJ did speak with me and I am waiting on his reply tomorrow I am very very very disappointed in your establishment and services

Worked me in because the idiot I talked to when I made the appointment had me going over to the service dept instead of the quicklane. The service dept has problems doing the scheduled maintenance that we have already paid for.Travis had me in and out in no time. He even helped me by washing my car for me. The baby screams and is scared of it so he made sure it was washed before I left.

Within three days of buying used car the a/c stopped working. I was told the repair would be covered by the dealership. Upon inspection, I was then told it was most likely a rock that caused the damage and that I would have to pay for the repair, roughly $550. I replaced the condensor myself and did not find any visible damage caused by a rock. Huh? Very surprised that you would squabble over a few hundred dollars and risk losing a repeat customer. Would love to discuss my experience with ownership.

Yes, I was early for my appt. at 9am. but got right in, and was out before 9am. Do want you to know, that each time it says I'll receive a survey in a few days, I've yet to receive one for any of my trips to Crossley. But, as for the service and Travis Davis, I am very pleased at this time.

Trish and Christina were fantastic helping me with the loaner. Major kudos to them. They were a pleasure to work with. L The woman at the checkout counter was surprisingly rude for no apparent reason. Took you 2 months to fix my vehicle, and upon checkout I get attitude from her unprovoked. I was charged $100 deductible I was told nothing about during the 2 month time frame you had my vehicle. I asked her why I wasn’t told before hand and got more attitude. Maybe she was just having a bad day?

Waited in line for about five minutes. I was the next in line when another person came in, your employee started helping him. I said out loud “I am standing in line I am next. Your employee never loooked up just continued to help him. I was leaving to make a complaint and saw Valerie outside. She could not say sorry enough times. She took care of the problem. This employee needs to pay better attention and listen to CUSTOMERS when they say/ask something. Normally the service is very good . The service from Valerie and the man who checked ne out made up for the poor customer service skill of the one employee
