Told them wanted an oil change and to fix front driver tire. They were to worried about trying to get me to replace all my tires didnt have tech fix tire like I asked and they had to take it back in and I had to wait longer. Plus I feel like I was charged to much for tire repair. I dont think I will be back.

Appt. was for Tuesday 7:30 no communication all day except automated text. tried to call but got answering service, but didn’t get call back. On Wednesday after lunch was asked to call via text message. Finally told what was wrong late Wednesday and that it would be ready Thursday before noon. 2 and a half days is a long time to be without transportation when it was not a major repair and for a service department there was not very good communication. Text and answering service are not good customer service.
