I was told there was nothing that can be done even though the car continues to shudder on take-off from a stop. It's terrible that Ford sold a new vehicle with such an obvious problem and is doing nothing about it. The lurching problem is unsettling to me, because it makes the car seem unreliable. I don't even have the recourse of selling it since no one who test drives it will want a car whose transmission seems to be failing. I got so frustrated with it at one point that I leased a Volkswagen to drive to work, which also has a DCT and none of the problems you've told me are normal for that type of transmission.

The lack of customer service and support from the service department leaves me speechless. The problem was never solved and now I have to go to another dealership to get it resolved. Extremely disappointed as I have purchased all my vehicles from Gary Cossley. I will now take all my business to another dealership who will stand behind quality of service and take care of issues on vehicles purchased. I will never recommend your service department or dealership.

Customer service was wonderful. In the maintenance of my vehicle I believe the crew put expedition ahead of professionalism as they didn't fill the windshield fluid reservoir. To me it's no big deal but take time to insure things are done right the first time comes into play. I've always had excellent service at this location. Heard tell they crucified he who was near perfect, so I figure we as mortals are ok to be human. Happy 4th.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. How did you all know that my left front tire was out of balance.I asked for a rotation not check the wheel balance. Even at that , you already had the tire off yet you wanted to charge me $40.00 to put a weight on? I don't feel it's in my best interest to return to your place of business. I was very disappointed today.

arrived for 20,000 mile oil change. I was then informed that at my 15000 mile scheduled maintenance my fuel filter for my power stroke was not performed. the filter was then changed. after paying and leaving the facility my instrument panel indicated low fuel pressure. returned to facility and informed the quick lube personnel of the issue. the person who was attending the issue shut off the truck then restarted it, the warning was not on. I asked the person if the fuel system was primed after the filter was changed and he said it should self prime. I have had a diesel truck for 17 yrs. I know it should be primed and I know the damage it can do to the rails and injection system if not. the person told me it seems to be fine now. and said if any more problems let him know. I proceeded out of the lot and began to accelerate when the console indicated a "low fuel pressure" then immediately a "reduced engine power" warning. I then returned to the facility and explained again about the potential damage that can occur when a diesel fuel system is not primed properly. at this point they began to ask the diesel mechanic what they should do. after another wait they disassembled the fuel lines and filters (2) and then re assembled and primed the system. this was very concerning to me. for a simple procedure to go hay wire and for me to be taking my family and camper to Wyoming/Montana the next morning not knowing if my family, truck and trailer would be stranded.

I dropped my car off at 5 pm on Friday evening so it would be available for an 8am appointment. I informed the service desk that I would be there around 4pm to pick up the car as I was told to allow around 3 hours. I arrived at 4pm Saturday to learn my car had not been repaired and was being pulled in now. I ask how will it be ready by 5 if it takes 3 hours. I was told it only would take about an hour as you close at 5. It was done by 5. I had to sit and wait the hour. My concern is if the work had to be rushed was it done right? Not pleased with this service.
