Mark is familiar with my case. My dissatisfaction is not with Mark. it's with your techs that handle the hands on servicing. where did 'honoring what you say' concept go? u.s. there no value in ALL you customers, paying or not? I'm willing to voice my concerns further. this experience had me interested in a c-max for my next purchase but just me wanting a different company or dealer altogether.

He was very detailed on what parts my car needed and when they would be available. Answered all my questions. Also said it would take a couple hours to fix and what do you know he called me in couple hours letting me know my car was done. Great service!

Overall I am satisfied, but part of the inspection form is for the windsheild. The tech noted that there were no chips or cracks in it, but there is a large chip the size of a quarter directly in the middle of it. The tech obviously did not pay attention to that. What else did he not pay attention to?

I have a couple of complaints but not with my service. The first is actually a request. I understand when they do a systems check the lights are included but they always turn them off when I leave mine on auto. Not a big deal but it would be great if it could be turned back. The other thing is quite a bit of an annoyance. I was texted and then called to see if I wanted to trade in my vehicle. I let them know when I received a text that I was not interested. The next day, I got a phone call from the same person. This feels like sales pressure and is not acceptable. I don’t mind being asked once but repeatedly is very annoying.
