Took a long time to get parts- loaner vehicle provided was great. So I was comfortable waiting. First person handling my truck wasn’t satisfactory. They must have thought the same and dismissed him. I paid for full extended warrantee and it paid for all repairs except a new battery and deductible. Crossley Ford has done well in customer service overall.

I was having tires installed on my truck. I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 7:00 an. When I arrived I was told the tires had not been delivered in Friday like they should have. I was given a discount because of the tires not being delivered on time. The staff was very apologetic.

Ivy did great. Just a little disappointed when I got in my truck there were dirty hand marks on my console and door. Granted my truck was already dirty, but it is still essentially a new truck. I would expect my truck to be treated like it's a new delivery every time service techs are handing it off, no matter how dirty it happens to be when I drop it off
Still happy loyal customer, but something you guys should watch out for as others would not be as understanding
