I thought the gear selector lit up on the shift console. l thought the bulb burned out. It didnt. There is no light. They checked it out complely, gave me a 10 point inspection and told me they checked it against another 2018 Escape. No harm no foul. They made me feel good about it. I am impressed. Thanks guys.
