I dropped off my car to be fixed for same-day service. It took 2 days after they had it after they already agreed it would be in for one day service. I'm extremely unhappy with Gary Crossley Ford. It would take a lot for me to come back to them. Need better customer service and scheduling of cars before I can come back.

I asked him about a recall on my car, “ steering wheel bolt” didn’t seem too know about it I was a little puzzled. But the other service advisor who checked me out knew about it and told me all about it.

Tyler did a great job. However, there was a coolant leak so I went elsewhere to have this diagnosed. When I did this, the mechanic saw that a couple of bolts were only hand-tight. They advised that I contact Gary Crossley Ford to let them know as this issue could have caused damage to my vehicle. When I spoke to a Service Advisor (it was someone other than Tyler), rather than being concerned about the issue with the transmission, they questioned me as to why I had not used Gary Crossley to have the coolant leak fixed. I felt that I was being questioned about decisions completely unrelated to the issue at hand. I chose another mechanic after getting quotes and referrals from friends and co-workers. I felt that the Service Advisor that I spoke with did not do a very good job at handling my issue. He did not show any concern for my safety or the maintenance of my vehicle. He did say that if I had an issue with the work done by Gary Crossley that I should bring it back to be fixed by you, however I was taking my vehicle to another mechanic for a different reason other than the clutch replacement for which I had brought it to Gary Crossley. I still value the service that Gary Crossley Ford has provided me with, but was rather disappointed with the interaction that I had with this particular Service Advisor. The point of my call was to inform the team of the specific issue so that, should it be necessary, any additional training may be given to service technicians if required.
