I made an appointment to get an engine issue worked on but was told I made my appointment with quick lane and not service and would have to call service to make a new appointment. The level of service I have become accustome to, I thought they would take care of this for me and not just send me to some one else to reschedule.

Bryan's a nice guy but his follow up ****. I had to call in twice to get updates on my truck. Even after my download for sync was successful, he assumed it was ok to keep my truck until the next day without telling me. If I hadn't called in to ask about it, I wouldn't have known. I didnt have a rental car because, silly me, I didnt think a download should take 3 FULL DAYS!! And when we dont have the rental, that's kind of a big deal. Sub-par service I'm affraid.

Mattew was the first and only one to greet me into the quick lane; the others ignored my existence. This is exactly why when I want service I call him. He was very helpful, courteous, and informative. I asked him to check for any recalls and he was very prompt in my request explaining to me all of the details he had searched. A friendly handshake, payment and I was on my way. This man will always keep me coming back. I intent to buy a new truck on tne coming 2 weeks hopefully from you and I will only let him handle that service. Thanks Mattew. .

Christina's customer service skills were awesome- I had an issue where I couldnt use my car without jump starting it every time and don't have a spare vehicle. She was able to maneuver a loaner on short notice so I could still go about my life, I appreciated it so much!

Was told I would have a car for use while warranty and recall items were completed. Person who set up the appointment failed to note it. So I got a ride home. But had to pay 30.00 for a ride to pick up. Not happy at all. Considering between myself and my son we have purchased close to 15 vehicle's from crossley. Text did fine

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Brought car in for recalls and a stalling problem! They fixed the stalling without my consent and never received a call when it was done. Now you all want 100 for a deductable on the extended warranty that I was never informed about before you give me my key back! I WILL NEVER EVER SERVICE MY CARS OR USE QUIK LANE AND OR EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGSIN!!

I dropped my vehicle off onSunday and filled out the dropbox form, including airbag replacement and oil change. I called on Monday, 7:30 to make sure they were getting the oil change also. I was assured they knew about it. I asked if they could also add to rotate the tires. I was told no problem. I called layer, early afternoon and was told they would have it completed for me. Christina calls around 3 and telks me it is completed. I ask if that includes the oil change, She asks if I had requested that. I told her yes and she responds that they must have forgotten to write it diwn. I wrote it on the dropbox ticket. Yes, they got it all dine. When I picked it up I get in and see a knit shawl had been thriwn on the floor and caught on part if the car and threads were pulled, ruining the knit. I went back in and JT took pictures. Just not the service I expect frim Crossley Ford.

Was brought in with a def system fault. All they did was deleted the codes so it would run again. I took it on a 250 mile road trip and before I arrived it was doing the same thing only worse! Engine was limited to an idle. So local mechanic in Arkansas where I was, was able to make it regen and deleted codes. Am on way home now and hope it will get me there! Only good thing was Gary crossly didn’t charge anything for their diagnostics

Made an appointment a week in advance at 7:45 in the morning. Showed up on time and then was told that it would be a few hours before my truck would be finished getting looked at to find out what was wrong. When I hadn’t heard anything by 1:30 I called, and was told that there were 7 more vehicles ahead of me. Knowing that I needed to figure out what was wrong what could I do but leave it for the next day. Never heard anything until my wife had to call again at 3:30 the next day and the. Was called back at 4:30 to finally say that my truck could be picked up. Now, understanding that the parts needed were on back order and would not be fixed right away is understandable. What is unacceptable is having my truck returned to me in worse condition then when I dropped it off. Now my power running boards are inoperable and have to get them fixed. I find this unacceptable service. Why make an appointment if it would be 2 full days before I could actually have my truck looked at, I wouldn’t have left it or taken it to another dealership. Not sure exactly where the techs were working, but my power running boards should have never been touched. I will be making a phone call to the service manager as well to discuss this.
