my service writer Dave was fantastic, when I got my truck the dash was not put back together properly and I had to fix it even after the shop foreman drove it. Also the sill plate on the floor was very dirty and stained with the greasy grey dirt from the shop floor and was not cleaned up. I cleaned it up myself. the problem with my truck was fixed, but shouldn't have to do any of the work after they are done with it. once again, my service writer Dave was excellent. he kept me informed and was very nice and professional .
