The advisor was nice and pleasant. However, when a customer walks in to that department they are greeted with , "we'll be with you in a moment"....ten minutes later someone finally gets to them. I do not think that this is very professional behavior to keep customers that made appointments waiting.

My wife picked up her car the low tire pressure light was on it showed on your computer readout that the light was on I'm really suprised that no one would put air in the tire make sure it was fine before you sent her on her way.I have bought alot of cars from your dealership and service after the sale means alot a small thing that should have been taken care of

I have no knowledge of your service crews service. I spent 3 1/2 hours waiting only to find out they could not repair the hole in my tire and was shown the price on new tires. The two desk clerks were oblivious to the fact that I was there waiting and who I was standing on the other side of their desk no less than three times and finally calling on me to go through paperwork belonging to someone else and finally calling my phone while I’m sitting 4 feet away to tell me that they couldn’t help me with my truck. Premium customer on two vehicles????
