Every time I go to get one service I have another service suggested.And since each time I go every six months or so I have different services suggested it’s often hard to know whether I’m being taken advantage of or if this is a service that I actually need. This last time it was a brake flush and another service that was mentioned the last time was not mentioned this time.I also was told it would take about an hour and I was there about three.

Overall I’m fairly pleased, however I was incurred about $20 in tax, but I’m an Oregon resident. In a hurry I didn’t think to look before I left, but I would have thought that both my license and registration would have identified my residency. I won’t assume next time and will be sure to let someone know. In the meantime I would like a refund for the $20 in tax
