I loved that I could make an appointment and didn’t have to just sit there and express lane. I thoroughly enjoyed a ride home and ride back. That was the fastest service I have had in years! He said now or in 45 minutes and it was like an hour and a half. The only thing I can complain about is that I had planned on going home and going back to sleep! I have to say that out of all the times I have brought my van into **** Hannah Honda...this was the worse experience I have had. I came in and Austin was not personable at all...asked me questions that I could have guessed the answers to, ie “can the hole in your tire be patched?” Well, I don’t know, that is why I bring it in, for the professionals to look at it and tell me what is wrong and what should be done to fix it. But then when I ask a simple request, to balance my tires so that I can feel more safe driving the car since I am a home health nurse, I certainly didn’t expect for him to tell me that “if the tires are not shaking on the highway, you don’t need them balanced, plus it is going to cost you money to do that. Then I get a text telling me that my car is complete and ready...I go to pay for it and the I am told that it is t ready yet...so I have to wait another 30 min for it to be ready. Just overall, not a pleasant experience for me at all. And I bring my car i there for EVERYTHING. No one touches my car except this service department. Was quite disappointing this time around.
