The service provider Michele has been great. What was not great was a few inconveniences that she solved for me...as related to a service rental, and having an issue with my window due to work done on a lock actuator, a 3rd lock actuator going bad and not being fixed initially....Michele is the only reason I was satisfied with my experience. It felt like it was all a hassle and inconvenience, and for a newer car with only 34k miles I am more upset with Honda than any service provided by Michele. Michele was great
