Even though I had made the appointment for 7 AM and it was on the schedule for 7:15 AM (which I was NOT happy about), Che very efficiently cared for his 7AM appointment and started helping me at 7:09. He had me on my way with the Lyft driver by 07:16 which got me to work by 0725. Hurray! I was VERY concerned that I may be late to work, but was on time due to Che’s earlier preparation and quickness.
