This was first visit to this Honda service center. I have been taking my Honda to a closer service center near my work. Since I had the day off, I decided to try the Vancouver location. Upon my arrival, Chuck greeted me. I arrived an hour early for my appointment hoping to make my nephew’s last baseball game. I told him what time It started. He not only got me in early but I didn’t miss any innings. Chuck also spent the time to help me understand ever service I needed. He also numbered which were higher priority to the least so I could fit everything in my budget. I really felt the honesty and sincerity from Chuck; he was not just selling me things that I didn’t need. Thank you so much. Chuck hands down made my first experience one that I will share with many people. You’re lucky to have him representing your company. Thank you!!!!

As I drove in I saw Darin helping a customer in the parking lot. I greeted him because he did my CRV last time. I informed the service people that I will wait for Darin as I had time. I walked to Darin and told him that I will wait for him to serve me today if that was okay. He said I will help you but you must be in a hurry. I said no I have time. Little later I realized that the person he was helping owned a Honda but wasn’t a **** Hannah customer. I asked why help if his not your customer. Darin replied I want to earn his business. I was happy to choose Darin to serve me because he told me “I am an employee of **** Hannah but I work for customers and if my help brings in an extra customer then I have a job and I have a satisfied customer. I have been customer with **** Hannah for last six years and I own two Honda’s and never had better service. I had to send two e mails to Jennifer Hannah about customer services. This time it’s different I salute to Darin it felt like I was part of **** Hannah family. I hope Darin could be a role model for others. Thank you for your hard work Darin.

Jerry was very good during check-in, but I had no status reports throughout the day. I finally called at 5:30p for information. He returned my call 10 minutes later and told me it would be OK to pick up my truck that evening, even though I pointed out I wouldn't get there until 6. He was gone and the service department closed by the time I got there, but someone did log back in to the system and checked me out. I did appreciate that she did that for me.
What I did not appreciate was the sales call I received from your organization trying to sell me insurance. This seems unprofessional and makes me question your integrity in other areas.

Jeff greeted me warmly. He explained the service before & after it was done. His estimation the time it would was spot on. I’d never used a Lyft before so he very patiently explained how it works & set up both the Lyft home & my return to Honda Service. The drivers were both very personable & efficient. Jeff also offered discounts & a car wash coupon. He was very thoughtful & the service was very thorough. My husband & I enjoyed our experience with Honda.

Long wait time for Express service. When I called, they said it wouldn't take so long.
Also, there were no loaner cars available since the wait was so long. Disappointing.
