The upselling was very pushy and harsh. And I didn't even get everything my coupon was for. If you send out a coupon just honor it for all of what it is for. Point out what needs done but no need to be pushy about it. Accept a no from the customer the first time they say it

I've always thought dealership prices were so much more than other places but I'd rather spend an extra 10.00 to know honda certified techs are working on my car and get the right stuff. I did notice that with other customers their sales person were giving them car wash voucher to kady car wash. Jeff never offered that to me. I was also a little disappointed that my car had very dirty oil smell to it when I got into. It was like the technician didn’t cover my seats. Also, my oil percentage was not cleared back to 100%. I had to figure that out on my own.
