Was having a bad day. Arrived more then 15 mins early because of the bad day and had to wait for the car. Wasn't my original plan to wait on the car. I let Austin know what happened and he had me out of thet in less then 30 mins. Made the rest if my day much better!

Brought car to servive sat 23-mar at 10.30am for my 10am appointment (late, but don't punish me). Service reps with frowny-faces arguing no appointment for me in system. Hand off to cierria the serivce mgr. Cierra says need car all day to check if transmission link can be seen by mechanic to know location of trans. leak. I want trans fixed. (I'm thinking 60k miles on Honda accord with trans. leak? Not as reliable car as advertised.) Then cierra sets up lyft ride for me to go home. No call back, no update by 2pm, so i call service. Cierra said car not looked at yet, and service today is only scoped to look to find leak not fix transmission. I call back at <3pm-ish to ask for ride to come get car. Car was in shop for five (5)hours and dealership did nothing. I still do not know where leak is and leak not fixed. BIG WASTE OF TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WANT MY CAR TO BE FIXED BUT FEAR MORE RUN AROUND. WHAT TO DO NOW? GO TO OTHER HONDA SHOP? OR SELL HONDA CAR AND CHANGE INSURANCE FROM HANNAH? WHAT AN EMOTIONAL MESS... THEN I HAD TO TELL HONDA DISTRUSTING SPOUCE ABOUT ORDEAL TO HEAR ... I TOLD YOU NOT TO GO TO DEALERSHIP. NOT HAPPY WITH HANNA HONDA . NOT HAPPY WITH HANNA INSURANCE AGENCY ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE HANNA NAME. HANNA NOT NICE! HANNA NOT NICE AT ALL!
