We were not pleased that the piñon seal would need to be replaced at 74,642 miles. Honda is known for tight long lasting seals and reliability. Our friends who own and have owned the same vehicle, some with over twice the miles have not had a piñon seal problem. We may have to rethink future Honda services. Many other makes have better warranties. We are not happy with the problems we have had with the Honda. We are also shocked by Honda’s attempt to cover up the Takata air bag issue and pray we won’t have a future recall for it.

The service Darin provided was great. My only problem with my experience was waiting at the car rental office for far too long, and then traffic getting back over the bridge and from Portland was awful. For those reasons I would not come back without altering my plan somewhat. The I’m store service was great though
