Allie was awesome but the technician who changed the oil in my car forgot to close the hood and I noticed it as I entered the freeway. The experience shook me to my bones. I could have gotten in a very bad accident if the hood would have opened up and flown on the windshield. Next time I will make sure a technician will walk me through my car before I leave.

As always, everyone was very friendly and what I brought my vehicle in for was completed. My only negative is that I was assured my vehicle would be done in an hour, having made an express appointment, and it took 1.5 hours. While I understand that Saturdays are busy for the business and people use their day off to bring their cars in for service, I would caution employees from promising a certain time if they know that is not likely given traffic trends for the business.

Yes. I was happy with the service. It was specifically helpful to have manufacture defects repaired without requesting it, in addition to timely responses to my questions. So far I am happy with the repairs. I am somewhat surprised at the cost for the repairs.
