Austin was great, so please don't count my "no" against him. My problem was with scheduling. I had requested an afternoon appt. I was told the latest appt. I could get was 10:45am or I would have to leave my car over night. I had to take most of the day off work. When I arrived Austin said to expect it to take 1 1/2 hrs which it did. I was done around 12:45. I don't understand why I couldn't start my service a little later which would have been much more convenient ??

Came in with oil change coupon and 15% off coupon for any service. Was told I couldn’t use both today. 1 or the other. What? Ok, then was quoted total price for services pre coupon. Services complete and I’m ready to pay. Was then told my 15% off coupon was actually only 5% off as price of quoted services were already 10% off. What??? Had to argue my case for quite some time...waited and waited and finally given the 15% off total. Customers expect coupons to be honored and not have to argue and reason with staff etc. thank you
