It feels like a money grab whenever I bring my car in for inspection. As far as I know, no discounts were provided even when asked if there were any possibilities. Another colleague was able to help out. I have called another Honda dealership in regards to a flush machine for one of the suggested maintenance, and they said they have never heard Honda of making one, and if Honda did, they would have had one.

I was completely satisfied with My customer service consultant. However the rest of management and with how responsible consumers are treated by not allowing them to put seat covers that are regulated and custom made for your vehicle. How when I have concerns about the computer in the car and how it acts up if they can’t recreate it they say there is nothing wrong. When I get in a wreck because of such malfunction and possibly die from it I will be sure to sue **** Hannah for not taking me seriously

I am disappointed in the lack of communication I have experienced over the last 2 visits to Honda (10/17/19 and 1/30/19).
On 10/17/19, Leslie was very helpful. But then over the phone, I was quoted about $839 yet I arrived to pick-up my car and paid $1048. I assume a lot of that is taxes/fees but I'd appreciate if that was factored into my quote so I am not surprised when I arrive. Also, Leslie was off the next day when I picked up my car and Cierra had no idea what was going on and was pretty much trying to pass me off to Scott for help. So I paid my bill and left. I found once home that the trunk area where my spare tire is located was not cleaned/disinfected (as stated on my bill) - so what did I pay for? I tried calling 3 different times to speak with someone and only received 1 call back from Leslie. I dropped the ball and should have called again.
On 1/30/19, Cierra was my service advisor. She was very nice, even though she knew I was frustrated from my last visit. She quoted me $550 - which was hard for me to accept since I just paid a significant amount 3 months ago - I sort of felt like the original problem was never fixed. But I agreed to proceed. Cierra called me at 4:41pm to let me know my car was ready and I would have a Lyft to me so I could pick-up my car before closing. I arrived and Cierra had left already. Was she trying to avoid me since she knew I was frustrated? Either way, that was unacceptable. Or she could have told me she would not be there when I arrived rather than just leaving. So Tyler was nice enough to help me out, even though he had no idea what was going on with my car. I expressed my frustration that there was lack of communication last time as well and he apologized, though he did nothing wrong. Again, the taxes/fees were not quoted to me so I paid $596 rather than $550. Scott was extremely helpful in showing me my car and explained what was done so I appreciated that. Thankfully, the trunk area with spare tire was actually cleaned this time, after I expressed my concern to Cierra that it was listed on the last bill.
In the end, the cause of the leak was not found - which I understand can happen - but now I've invested over $1600 and am unsure if this will happen again, I am unlikely to return to Honda. I feel uncomfortable taking my car to your Honda service/maintenance department and am starting to lack confidence in your service. I'm always happy with the people that help me, they are kind and considerate. I am not a fan of Honda policy. Nothing ever gets resolved without dropping allot of money. I will probably not be buying a car here again.
