I waited for over a month for the approval of my tires only to learn the claim had not even been submitted. Then I was given incorrect information regarding the tires I could get. It took several calls to get the job done. I finally have my new tires and do like them but I’m still somewhat annoyed by the whole thing.

Everyone was super warm and friendly and helpful. The report said I was offered but declined a list of recommendations, such as cabin filter change and battery replacement or service. I wasn’t verbally offered anything and was sent on my way.
Not a big deal. I’ll plan to address those things. But, it would have been better to know that before taking my vehicle off the lift in case I decided to include those.
Overall amazing service from Chuck and the whole team. I really appreciated the rental car.

My car was dead suddenly on the way go home after change oil. I bring my car back to **** Hannah service same day. The technician check my car then they said “ apologize to me” because they open filter but they forgot to connect back together so that reason my car dead engine suddenly. Please recertification or hire another tech. Please don’t let customers get car accidents or die just oil change only. Thank you very much.
