LOVE the Lyft Concierge service. Thank you for recognizing that my time is valuable. I love that I don’t need to wait for a shuttle or ride all over Clark County so I can be the last drop-off. Seriously I will be a customer for life and pay a bit more to have this service. Also greatly appreciate not being pressured into uncharged services (I’m looking at you, Jiffy Lube, you criminally pushy people) and I like that DH acts like my long term loyalty is worth more than today’s dollar.

Hannah was wonderful..my complaint is about **** Hannah Honda. I had a nail in my tire, so I came in because my warranty was supposed to cover flat tire repair. They looked at my tire and told me it couldn't be patched because it was too close to the edge of the tire. They said I'd need to replace it for $120. So I took it to les Schwab and they repaired it for free in less than an hour. Again , Hannah was wonderful and accommodating and I know she was just the messenger, but I'm really disappointed in my experience at **** hannah
