Tyler welcomed me at the door and directed me to the service lane. He did a good job explaining what the car needed and listening to my concerns. He also explained a few options, which I agreed to to keep my maintenance up to date.
My only concern was the service work was higher than I expected, having has Sterling Honda of Longview provide service up to this point. Also, there are some discounts on Hannah's website but no instructions when you walk in that these are as available. This is a point that could convince me to find another Honda service center.

She did ah most excellent job, many thanks. One issue, technician needs to stop changing my controls. I always have my lights on Auto, someone changes it to Off every time I’ve come in. Could not see driving home because my lights were not coming on, thought that they were broken until I checked the control. Don’t change the settings please
