I was told that service would take an hour, my appointment was at 10:45, it took 15 minutes to check me in, at 12:20 I still hadn't been updated so I texted asking for news on the car. Finally I walked out to check with someone and they found Austin.
Austin did rush me out when I said that I needed to leave, but because of the late timing I wasn't able to discuss any of my service needs.
