Actually, I could not have been happier with the service by Shawn and Natalie. It is the Sales team who dropped the ball in my buying experience. Were it not a Honda product (and this is my third auto purchase from Hannah), I would draw the conclusion from this last experience at **** Hannah, that buying a car online (which, like a suit or shoes something I’d prefer trying BEFORE I make the commitment) is the ONLY way to buy a car!
Again, this last car-buying experience was ANYTHING BUT “NICE.” Wherever Rachel Trent landed, if it isn’t with Hannah, is a company whose slogan is confirmed by talent! I no longer “believe in nice” at **** Hannah!”

The issue was not resolved. The problem was not replicatable so the tech checked the switches and said it was fine. This problem happens randomly and unpredictability. Between this and excessive oil burn I may switch to Toyota.
