We were told that the parts for our van would be in last Saturday morning and ready to pick up late Saturday afternoon. I drove down to pick up the van and after waiting 15 minutes was told the parts needed wouldn't be in until Monday morning. There was no call or email. Austin was very nice, owned up to the mistake and apologized for the confusion. He offered to have someone drive the van out to us after it was fixed and a complimentary car wash. As promised, our van was delivered but it did not get washed. Hopefully we will have a better experience on the next go-around.

I told service rep who checked me in that it does not burn oil cause I monitor the oil for first 2000 miles. This is the first time I let someone work under hood so I’ll be monitoring it.

I received a complimentary car wash voucher since the car wash facility is currently not in service.
A glitch in the android car connection and a failure of the collision mitigation and the lane assistant, which I had experienced twice under windy road conditions, could not be resolved since there were no according error logs.
