When I was told my car was ready and assured that the inide of the car had been dried out, I showed up to find the floor of my car still soaking wet. I left my car another day and had to make another trip from SW Portland to pick it up again the next day.

The only thing I would have liked is on my invoice or a sticker on the car that’s states the date or miles of my next oil change. It was left blank on the paperwork.
So I’m not quite sure when I should be making my next appointment for an oil change.
The customer service was great and I was in and out within 45mins. ????

Austin Bishop is very helpful and has been very gracious and kind in working to navigate the issue with my 07’ Honda Element.
