Cierra was amazing. I was told my service was going to be an hour and 15 minutes, it was less than 45 minutes. She answered all my questions, and even remembers who i was and the vehicle that i was driving last time i visites the service center (i traded that car in about 6 months ago). I was told my oil change would be synthetic and I do not believe that it was done. The cost was completely different. I called your office right away, and was advised they would call me right back. No one bothered to call me back. My car was also not washed as advertise on your website, and staff when I bought my car. I expect a call from management ASAP!

When I bought the car, I was offered a free car wash each month. The last two times I was there, the car wash was broken. This is disappointing.
