I'm always happy with the overall service but I don't understand why it takes 3hr for a simple B1 service when I have a scheduled appointment. Multiple customers who used the express lane were in and out in less than 1/2hr. Customers with appointments should take priority or else why bother to make an appointment.

Jeff always has great service but your prices have gone way up and the labor costs are ridiculous! I’m not sure I’ll be back there to have my car serviced any more. I usually have my husband bring my car because I always get convinced to do an unnecessary service that costs way more than it should.
