No need to contact me. I was disappointed to learn customer service has been reduced and a complimentary car wash is no longer available. It’s a small thing that I always appreciated. When I bought my car I was told a complimentary car was available once a month.

Austin: appreciated that he really HEARD my issues and got right on top of it. the previous service tech did not reset the oil light such that it came on after i had only driven 2k miles. I complained and Austin took care of this. He also got my paper receipt for the driver side airbag replacement done on 3/21 that Cierra Ramsey never sent to me and I had requested it.!

I had to return the car because the sound system no longer functioned. This was not an issue when I brought in the vehicle. There has been miscommunications all along both about costs and between service people. When Michele took her day off no one was assigned my file so there was confusion there too. Overall a frustrating experience that isn’t over yet.
