The representative helping me told me he called me and left a message when the car was done I never got a message and for this reason I sat in the waiting are for an EXTRA hour and half. I thought the reps were supposed to come and get you from the waiting area. Very dissapointing and I lost an hour and half of my time plus I was late to my doctors appointment due to this.

I hate leaving my car anywhere except here. My only complaint is after spending almost $500 for routine maintenance it would have been nice to have a complimentary car wash. Austin was great to work with and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I made an appointment for my first oil change after buying my CRV through **** Hanna`s COSTCO program. I showed up early and asked the person checking me in if I could show her the message I`m receiving on my Sirius display that keeps me from changing channels for about 4 seconds. She said the person assigned to your vehicle can help you with that, he`s busy now and will get to you soon. I waited 15 minutes, standing next to my car and decided this was long enough. I went over to ask her, since that gentleman's busy, why can`t any one of the other 4 individuals standing around behind screens check me in? She responded by having an individual help me. After asking him about the Sirius problem he first wanted to check my mileage to see if it was under warranty? Seriously! Its brand new, 5200 miles, my first oil change and that`s his first concern? I insisted after we agreed on the $69.99 oil change service that I wanted my tires rotated. After waiting 90 minutes Shawn came out and said sorry for the wait I`m finishing your paperwork, it will just be 5 minutes. Nearly 20 minutes later I walked out of the reception area and up to Shawn's desk to find out what was going on. Shawn saw me and immediately took my paperwork over to someone else who signed me out and took my payment. Shawn also said that the Sirius message that says "channel not available" for a few seconds is a known HONDA software issue and there is no fix. Seriously? In my final paperwork the page listing the items checked was very blurry and barely readable. Also no mark that my wheels were rotated, just a not that if needed they were. That`s not what I asked for. For $70 I got an oil change, no resolve to the software issue, no guarantee that the tires were rotated and not even a car wash. I will be taking my care for service to someone else.

I came in to get my oil changed and car washed in January and was told it was a 2 hour wait and I should make an appointment. I made an appointment for a few days later and still waited for 2 hours at which time I had to let them know as soon as my car was off the hoist from the oil change I needed to leave for an appointment across town which is why i had made the oil change/car wash appointment instead of waiting the prior visit. I again left without having my needs met. I came in today for a car wash and asked if I was due for an oil change while I was there and was told yes so I left my car to be serviced. I returned at the end of the day to a still dirty car and was told at that point that you don't do car washes anymore. I was not happy that I wasn't told this when I checked in stating that I was there FOR a car wash. I know my tires are very low tread so I requested they be checked during the visit when I checked in and when I picked up I had to ask about the level of my tread and confirm if an order had been placed for my replacement tires or not. I feel that should've been reviewed with me when I picked up my car, I shouldn't just be told an amount I owe and not given a run down of what was done and what shape my car is in or given a recommendation of services needed now or soon. I left today very unsatisfied and annoyed at the level of service received from your dealership yet again.

Done on time in the space allotted...explained service items to keep an eye on for next visit. However it does look like free car washes with each service visit has stopped being a feature of this service center.

My tire pressure light can on while driving my care home from being serviced. All tires were over inflated to 36 pounds. Tire label on car door jamb says all tires should have 30 pounds. In addition, I was told that my oil filter splash gaurd was missing and it would cost $230 to replace it. No one other than your dealership has worked on my car. I strongly believe that your mechanic just forgot to install it after the car was serviced the time before.
