Car was not vacuumed as indicated on the service receipt. I don’t think it was washed either as stated on the service receipt, though I can’t be sure since it happened to be raining when I got there to pick it up. Dealer should not indicate a service has been performed on the receipt unless it was actually performed. Service agent Jeff Munson was friendly and provided attentive service while I was there dropping off and picking up the car.

The people involved were great. They were to fix the fog lights and replace the radio. By the time the van arrived home the left fog light was not working. When the van was started at the dealership a red warning light was lite.We asked service people what it meant and they thought it was low battery in the fob. The battery was replaced and the warning light remained on. According to the owners manual this warning light indicates a problem with some security immobilizer. We did not have this problem before the vans electrical system was worked on. We will be contacting the dealership on Monday.
