Every time I have gone to the express lane for an oil change it has taken at least 2 hours to complete. This time I decided to make an appointment at 3:00, assuming it would be a faster experience and I would be prioritized correctly. I didn't end up leaving until a little after 5. This was frustrating. If I had been communicated to about it STILL taking that long I would have gone somewhere else.

After picking up my car and returning to my place of residence, Portland, I discovered that the fob would not open my trunk. When calling about this problem I was told to come back. I had to sit in traffic to return only to be shown a button on the side of the glove box that apparently had been pushed by someone in your service department when working on my dash board to remove a nest. I always appreciate the service I get at Hannah motors, but this time I feel let down mostly by the female who had me return rather than transfer me to a mechanic who could walk me through the possibilities on the phone. Once there I was shown three different ways the trunk fob can be decommissioned. A phone conversation could have saved me much time and gasoline.
