Cierra was great. She did exactly what was requested in a timely fashion. She was very professional. My concern was with the results of the multi-point inspection. The results said that my car has a severe oil leak, which seems impossible since there is NEVER any oil found on the floor immediately below my car in our garage. So, I will visit a nearby mechanic to verify this problem. If none found, I doubt I will return to **** Hannah since this would be the second visit that was misdiagnosed. The first misdiagnosed problem was with my wife’s car at **** Hannah Subaru. In that case, she was told that the electrical issue with her 1998 Legacy GT could not be found and fixed and DH recommended she buy a new car. In that case, she took it to a nearby mechanic who found the problem within an hour and charged her $150 to repair it. I urged her to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Austin was professional, offered me a rental car instead of waiting (so kind), but I was told it was going to take 4 hours and was not offered a rental car as an option, So I moved apointments, it was about 2 hours so not bad, and they parked my car in a spot I could maneuver in the car and out of the spot. I got some work done while I waited, it was quiet and relaxing in the customer waiting room. I really love and appreciate how amazing the coustomer lounge is now! WOW it's so nice and cozy. When I ordered the parts to fix the glove compartment the man in Honda parts told me my employee costs were only $ 25-35. But when you gave me my repair bill it was over $125. For parts?
