Keri did an excellent job making sure I was accomodated after an untimely tire blowout nearly derailed my weekend travel plans. She was friendly and efficient, and I was out the door and on my way in a loaner in less than 30 minutes, secure in the knowledge that my car was in good hands while I was gone, and that it would be repaired and waiting for me on my return.
