Very frustrated with the service today with my brakes. Then when I called after leaving I asked about the online brake special. I was told that I had to bring the coupon to their attention at time of service. I was so frustrated with the entire service that I had forgotten about the coupon. This was a significant savings. I have been bringing my accord for service since I purchased from **** Hannah in February 2016. **** Hannah has lost a loyal service customer all because they would not honor the special after I had left.
