It took 2 hours for an oil change even when I had made an appointment. What's the point of making the appointment when I'm not slotted the time to be helped above those just dropping in? This was very annoying to have happen and not even be told an estimated length of wait. For an oil change. chuck was great, though. Very nice.

The battery in the car was replaced, but the technician did not reset the radio or the clock. There was a specific code that was needed to reset the radio and clock, and I had to drive back to the dealership to get it rectified.
