It was incredibly frustrating when I received a text update at 3:48pm that my vehicle was just waiting for a wash and I would get a message when it was ready, but then do not hear anything else for the remainder of the evening. I responded at 6:22pm asking if it were done. I then showed up at about 6:30pm to find that the service department was closed. I then did not get a response until the following day at 9am. Luckily, my husband did not let up and knocked on the window which happen to have someone still in the office, and we were able to get our keys.
