2 trips to the dealership for a simple sensor. A miscommunication between the service writer and the tech, with no follow up call to me when the tech couldn't replicate the problem. 1 phone call would have saved me a big hassle.

My car wasn't as clean as I had expected it would be. The interior just wasn't as carefully cleaned as I have had at other places. I'm going to wipe down the things that were missed myself.
Your customer service however exceeded my exspectations. Check in and check out person was above what I've experienced at my previous details, and your shuttle service and driver were also amazing! Just the cleaning of my car itself was disappointing, several very obvious places were not cleaned.
