Sean is AWESOME!!!! I waited an extra 5 days to get my services done (tires replaced) so that I could work with him. I’ve had horrible customer service experiences in the past there, but NEVER with Sean! He always takes great care and answers all my questions and I don’t feel like he is trying to lie or take advantage of me because I am a woman. Well after sitting in the dealership waiting room for 3hrs, they told me they didn't have the part and would have to keep the car overnight. They didn't even offer me a way to get home other than asking if somebody someone could pick me up. I had to twist they're arm to get me a rental car. When waiting for a call to come pick up my car, Chuck calls me to say there is now a nail in my tire that can't be fixed. I don't see how. The nail is in the flat part of the tread...185$ later I get the car back and the car drives funky. The original problem is still there. And to cap it all off, as I'm signing the invoice, I notice it says the car has been washed and vacuumed. When I go out to get in it, the car has not been washed or vacuumed! It's not that it is a huge deal, but I signed an invoice stating the work that has been performed on my car and washing is was on the invoice but wasn't performed! What else wasnt done properly!?! I am extemely un happy with my over all experiance and I'm considering sending a copy of my complaint to Honda corporate.

I was very frustrated about my last visit and lack of customer service from both the service tech and the service consultant. The service tech didn’t talk to me like Chuck did and explain what was done and then at checkout with Cierra I asked if they looked at the problems with my phone system and the gear rattling and all she said was “we don’t do that!” I left discouraged but at this last visit Chuck went above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of my car!

I came to find out that a couple other local Honda dealers are not charging for "check engine light diagnostics" - they will only charge if you decide to leave without going forward with the recommended servicing to address the check engine light. Chuck went above and beyond to make sure I felt satisfied with the final bill and beat the deal the other local service centers were offering. One item I'm a bit uneasy about is as a returning/loyal customer, having to return for a service and not getting the diagnostic fee waived every time as other dealers offer. Also, I came to find out the part replaced in my vehicle is $50 (not including hourly pay for the labor at the other local Honda servicing centers. After reviewing my final bill further, it looks like they charged me $165.73 for the part. As Chuck went above and beyond for me as a customer - I believe he did all he could with making me happy. However, I'm not sure who's in charge of the pricing there, I'm apprehensive to return to **** Hannah Vancouver because of the seemingly inflated prices compared to the other local Honda service centers.

I was a little surprised when I got a phone call stating Honda didn't have a part needed to complete my service since I had made my appointment a week in advance. Then they located more problems (which was OK) and Jeff said the car should be ready by 1:00 or 2:00 on Saturday. I called at 2:00 to see if my car was ready and it wasn't. Jeff told me probably at 4:00. He called me at approximately 3:30. My car was done. YA! Jeff was great but I was a little miffed by the service I got from the department. I have never had that problem before. I'm suppose to encounter this as my car gets older?

Michele did excellent job of get it my car issues resolved and went the extra mile to resolve a secondary issue that cropped up after I left the building.
