Darin was very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done when I arrived for the appointment. I came in with a coupon for replacing our brakes and he explained that there would also need to be work done on the rotors. I wish I had been able to find this out beforehand and I had tried to get such information from the service scheduler. I think Honda could do a better job of allowing customers to get through the phone queue maze to talk with someone who can give an informed explanation of the work that will need to be done before bringing the car in for servicing.
