One of Hannah's best -- not just at the Honda dealership but of all their dealerships in the Pacific Northwest. Michele was professional, prompt, friendly but more importantly efficient. My car wouldn't start on Sunday so finally on Sunday afternoon got it jumped started and dropped it off at Honda with a note to call me at 7:00 a.m. With no appointment, Michele processed and completed the repair before 12 noon that same day. Michele deserves recognition for a job well done and for going beyond the call.

Your service is unacceptable. I live by the Oregon side and I took my car for the express service early in the morning at the honda center and later that day in the afternood,I was on my way to the coast. The sign signal on indicate "check tires pressure". I was so frustrated since I just took my car in this morning. I called to get help on this. The assistance lady said I could take the care to the Burnside location. I had to turn around and drove to the Burnside location. When I got there, I was informed by a mechanic that he could not help and I have to take my car back to the honda center but it was so most 6 o'clock and I won't make it there in time. Then Sunday, your place is closed and there is a problem my 4 tires since this afternoon I checked the pressure on my tires lower than it should be. I have to take time off work to take my care in on Monday.
Your service is poor and not efficient.
