After about 10 minutes my wife had to get out of the car because no one approached her asking her if they can help her. After that my wife was quoted an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change which shouldn't take that long but it took over two hours which made her late to her next appointment. When the service techs finished the oil change they came and quoted her $110 after she gave them a coupon for $39. It was a horrible experience and we don't plan on going back.
