My husband Darren took our car in last Saturday for a regular maintenance appointment and dealt with your service representative Leslie that day. She ended up not charging us for our service which we appreciate but her attitude was poor and my husband told her she even had a rude attitude when stating that she’d just provide the service at no charge. As he stated best she is a poor first image for **** Hannah . We purchased our car at a Honda dealership in Gresham and purposely sought out your dealership for service because we live in Vancouver. Leslie has made us rethink that decision. She was rude and didn’t start off well when she told another staff member my husband “could just wait, he’s early anyway”. My husband then went to go for a walk and provided a phone number to call when the car was ready. Instead they called my number which was on do not disturb while I was at another appointment which resulted in my husband waiting far longer than needed until I had a chance to look at my phone and notice the missed call. Overall, not a good experience other than the car being updated on service just fine. Leslie should most definitely not be a front line representation for your department. Thank you.
