I had asked for a headlight to be replaced, was told the day off my service that I didn't have a headlight out, asked them to check again, and then still had a headlight out when I picked up my car.
The situation was rectified to my satisfaction because you have great customer service. Had this been another dealership/mechanic I may not have returned, because dang, that was a little annoying. Mistakes happen, your team deserves a pat on the back. See yah next time.
