Tyler was not only the perfect gentleman, he kept me informed all the way. When I mentioned to him that a previous inspection of my vehicle indicated a possible battery problem, he looked at it, and then on his own, continued to verify throughout the day that the problem I experienced in the morning was not reoccurring.
Kind of “above and beyond“ in my mind.

Michele was great. Very helpful and very responsive. On the flipside and completely having nothing to do with my experience with Michelle, the check in to drop off my car was time-consuming and unexpected. It was a very good thing that I didn’t have anything planned right after the drop off because if I had I would have been late. Hannah service needs to go to a check in model that allows for a quick check in to drop off your vehicle. I’m not sure with this time consuming check in Hannah service would be my first choice in the future.

My 2nd row right seat is wobbling. I noted before the service. Honda service did check my 2nd row seats and concluded nothing wrong. I thank Honda for following up on this. But the fact is, it is wobbling ... very obviously, how could it be nothing wrong. I am very concerned this is a safety issue.
